6.1 Designing a Solution – Activity

Now it is your turn!  

Using the Gift Canvas, you will fill in the Pain Relievers, Gain Creators, and the specific Products and Services that will be used. 

1. Choose the greatest pain point or points that you listed on your Customer Jobs Canvas. 

2. With the selected pain points in mind, define the Pain Relievers and Gain Creators that relate to those pain points. 

3. Remember, the pain relievers and gain creators MUST be tied to a specific customer pain. 

4. Define what products and services will help you deliver on the Pain Relievers and Gain Creators. 

5. Fill in your Customer Gift Canvas.
