MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS
Bill Woolsey
With decades of experience in starting and leading ministries, churches and networks, Bill now invests his life in men and women who want to reach people for Jesus in new, creative ways.

After serving congregations in the Midwest, he and his family planted CrossPoint Community Church in Houston, a congregation that led his denomination (LCMS) in baptisms for much of the 2000s. In 2009 he led the launch of FiveTwo, a network that helps men and women grow their God-given dreams into ministries and businesses that last.

Bill authored “Seven Steps to Start” a practical how-to start book written from a front-row seat of over 30 years of outreach experience. He and his wife of 34 years, Julie, have 3 children: Timothy, and his wife, Caitlyn; Abigail, her husband Nick and son, Ezra; and Samuel.
Randy Miller
Randy brings broad experience and a depth of insight to help any group and organization achieve its goals. He creates an environment that helps teams to unleash passionate vision as well as guides them to develop tangible steps to realize that vision. Randy has specific experience in values discovery, donor engagement, startup sustainability, and community transformation.

For over 15 years, Randy has served as a parish pastor and has volunteered in nonprofits of various sizes and complexities. He has diverse contexts including in areas such as New York, Tennessee, Michigan, and Texas.

Randy is certified in both Auxano’s Vision Frame and Horizontal Storyline experiences. He also holds a certification in the Patterson Center’s Strategic Operating Plans experience.
Chris Kopka
Chris Kopka describes himself as a poet by passion, a lawyer by training, and a business strategist by accident. He is driven to foster human flourishing, hospitality & peace (shalom).

He helps cooperative boards serve their members through good governance & effective strategy and volunteer as a fundraising coach.

Over his career, he has had 25+ years in progressively senior financial services leadership, culminating in Fortune 500 C-suite roles. He has served as an adjunct professor teaching about cooperative & community-owned business models.

For the last several months, he has been diving into a new path as a photographer and filmmaker.
Tom Eggbrecht
Tom has been a pastor for twenty-four years and is located in central Florida. He most recently was Senior Pastor of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for fifteen years, having also served congregations in North Carolina and Northern Virginia.

He served as an adjunct professor of Theology at Concordia University — Wisconsin for thirteen years.

Tom serves on various boards and in leadership roles of several organizations including The Lutheran High School Association of Greater Milwaukee, Acacia Theatre Company, Adult Day Services of Lutheran Living Services, Common Ground (a community organizing group bringing real and positive change to the city of Milwaukee), and as Circuit Counselor for the west side Milwaukee churches of the Lutheran Church — Missouri Synod.

He is married to Tammy, and enjoys time together with her dining out, biking, or going to Disney for a day or an evening. He is father to Ashlyn and Benjamin.
