11.3.2 Background Vision Activity

Using your Horizon Storyline Tool, you will now complete the Background Section. 

You will: 

• Finalize and insert the Top 4 Initiatives you will need to complete to reach your vision 
• Adjust Timeline (If Needed) 

Randy mentioned a tool that may help you if you are stuck trying to determine your top 4. If you and your team are struggling with this activity, it may be helpful to pause, move forward to topic 7 “Four Helpful Lists” and complete that activity. Remember, if you move ahead make sure to come back and pick back up with Mid-Ground Vision.
