15.6 Refresh and Refine

The Horizon Storyline Tool has been created to be fluid. In this session, Randy will walk you through the steps you will need to take to keep this tool relevant. He will specifically share with you specific questions you need to ask yourself as you continue to move forward. 

Now that you have completed your Horizon Storyline Tool, it is time to ensure it stays useful for your journey. Together with your team, complete the following: 

• Set Deadlines on when to refresh each level of the tool 
• Scrub your StartNew Canvas and make any updates to the canvas as a result of your short and long-term vision.
