Mike is a certified coach, specializing in helping individuals and teams start new ministries, clarify direction, and move them forward in the area of their God given passion. “I help make people’s God-given dreams come to life,” says Mike. He served for 12 years on staff with his denomination, helping direct their “New Starts…New Believers” initiative. “I had direct responsibility in coaching leaders to take action on what Jesus was calling them to do.” He realizes that a ministry/new start initiative is about building genuine relationships as the Spirit leads the team.  Mike has extensive experience in working with a wide variety of personalities, approaches, and new start ideas. He also was directly involved in starting six new ministries, and fully appreciates the unique challenges and differences of our current culture.  Mike’s passion was fueled by an experience with his dad who did not admit to being a believer until 2 days before he died.  “This experience gave me a renewed urgency to help people reach others through building genuine relationships as the hands and feet of Jesus.”  As your coach, Mike will help you direct your passion and put flesh on the dream God has given you.
