With 28 years of experience as a senior executive (vice president) for a Fortune 100 company,  Larry comes with a strong background in management, information acquisitions, customer service, team building and communication.  He was responsible for launching new stores, creating strategies and revitalizing underperforming locations.  He maximized results through extensive people development, utilizing the “Coach the Coach” process to consistently bring out the best in his leaders and their teams.  A few years ago, he took an early retirement, in a call to give back personally.  His passion was and is to be an unyielding advocate for pastors, equipping them with the insight necessary to master the tough leadership, organization, negotiation and financial decisions placed before them.  He has elevated his International Coaching Federation credentials with continuing education through CoachNet Global and Coach Approach Ministries.  Larry currently coordinates a team of coaches for the Texas District LCMS, providing clarity to pastors, church planters, and their teams, as well as executive directors in the mission field.  He also serves as the Congregation Support Specialist in Texas, overseeing strategic planning and vision casting.  With an aligned appetite to equip and serve God’s servants, Larry continues as an active member of the inaugural FiveTwo StartNew mentor/coaching team.  In his private practice, he is a vision coach/consultant for non-profits and faith-based teams. In addition, he specializes in leadership development and team enhancements.  Larry resides in Round Rock, Texas with his supportive, amazing wife Camille and their children Nick and Lauren.  He graduated from Texas A&M University, obtaining degrees in Marketing, Management, and the Arts.  He finds it a distinct privilege to utilize his business acumen to serve God’s servants.
